Curt, K8UC, did such a nice job on his mobile HF station, that we asked to share the pictures of his Silverado.

Here's how Curt describes the antenna setup: "The SG-303 was mounted in the center of a fiberglass cargo cover. I used 3" strips of copper foil on the under side.  The SG-230 was mounted on the under side of the cover just below the antenna base."

" I was very pleased with this setup. The cargo cover was grounded to the truck bed and frame. The tail pipe was grounded near the back end."
