SGC Flat Rate Servicing Fees
All equipment returned to SGC for out of warranty repair or upgrade will be subject to a flat rate servicing fee. This fee covers all repairs, upgrades and refurbishments made to the equipment, but excludes the replacement of circuit boards and some housings which may be subject to an additional fee. The flat fee covers all parts and labor, but excludes all shipping charges. Repairs are completed on a first come, first served basis and turn-around will be quoted at the time the RMA is issued. Some repairs may be expedited at the discretion of SGC but may be subject to an expedite fee. Some upgrade fees include a complete repair and refurbishment, consult customer service for details. If a board replacement is necessary, the additional replacement PCB fee is charged. All SGC equipment comes with a standard one year warranty from the date of purchase, with the exception of items 54-19, 70-11 and 70-12, which have a 90 day warranty.
